Specializing in clients 50+, Gayle offers a deeply personal approach to fitness, focusing on each client’s unique needs and goals. With a keen eye for alignment and nervous system balance, Gayle tailors her guidance to help you build strength, improve balance, deepen flexibility - and cultivate long-lasting practices that support lifelong vitality.
By incorporating a variety of home-based equipment such as free weights, resistance bands, balance boards, physioballs, yoga and Pilates equipment, Gayle works with you to co-create a program that supports your body as a whole.
